總評： 參賽學生展現其創意精神，作品比以往精緻，注重細節的鋪陳；題材多元，內容也比以往豐富許多。 參賽學生語句的使用及文法表現，顯示英語實力有提升。 老師指導有方，讓參賽者有很大的發揮空間，讓好的作品更好。 建議： 老師不要給予過多協助: 同一班學生在集體創作的同時，會相互影響，以致作品雷同。有部份作品內容不同，但外觀、封面的設計卻一樣。 創作無價、參賽學生要尊重智慧財產: 部份作品與當紅動漫或故事雷同，應該避免。 不要過度修飾參賽學生的文法、內容: 部份作品文法過度準確，但內容與圖形是設計簡單、草率的。 要符合英文小書製作的風格: 由左至右翻閱，中文才是由右至左。 文法與結構要更準確: 要注意拼字、標點符號的使用，部分故事結局過於草率，部分故事字句太少…等‧

➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤ 自由創作的要點除了繪畫技巧之外，還包含了對於主題掌握與想像力。 能得獎的同學，主要優點是能夠用畫面營造出一個明確的情景，而不是單純畫出芝麻街的角色，不管是幻想的情境，或是呈現自己的生活，都是很好的表現方式，充分展現了小朋友的想像力。 而沒能夠入選的同學，大多是情境表達這方面比較弱，或是整體畫面的完整度不足，譬如造型的掌握上以及配色上色較弱。" ➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤ 本次評選標準著重繪畫的敘事能力、畫面構成與繪畫技法的展現。因此優秀的作品中，多能看出參賽者們不只表現芝蔴街人物的造型，更能透過色彩、線條等各種視覺元素的構成來描寫情境或傳達出在芝蔴街學習的心情。 而在表現技巧上，因考量各參賽者發展階段的差異，仍會從同齡作品中比較造型與媒材的掌握度，以及畫面整體效果的表現來做評比。 所以，未入選或覺得表現不如預期的參賽者也無須在繪畫的路上灰心；經常觀摩他人作品、隨年齡增長日益豐富的生活經驗，並保持「用繪畫紀錄與表達」的習慣，相信一定能自我超越，建立獨特的藝術視野。"
